There are a little less rules in V3 than in V2, but that just makes the rules that are left all that more important. 
1. No hacking on to other users, or scamming players. Doing this will result in an immediate ban. This also includes impersonating.
2. No flaming other members, (ex. sending hate mails, hacking, threatening, ect.)
3. Do not delete your post after someone else has posted. Otherwise, it screws up the whole forum.
4. Spamming is AGAINST THE RULES. That means: Just posting "cool", posting on all the character threads, just posting a thread only saying "Hi", ect. Or posting something that has nothing at all to do with the topic of the thread.
5. As for your siggie length, no real rules, but as a guideline, try to make it more wide than long. That way it doesn't take up as much space in a thread.
Not that many rules. We'd rather you have fun then scare yourself to death trying to follow our clean-cut rules. I hate those places.
