Alright, so with our new plot, after days disscussing it in the admin panel, comes a new feature (gasp): Regions!
The region your wolf lived in before they came to PD will have a minor to major influence on your character's personality and appearance. Your wolf's region is to be placed in your character's profile. (But only once the new plot is up and running)
Forest: These are the most widely distributed wolves, so their personalities are also widely varying. Forest wolves have longer coats in the winter than in the summer, and their coat colors range from creamy white, to grey, to dusky black, and may have several unique markings.
Tundra: Wolves that originated from the tundra are often less easy-going than forest wolves, and they tend to be less social as well. However, they are less secluded than Arctic wolves, and tend to avoid contact with strangers as opposed to resenting it. Tundra wolves typically have longer coats, and their fur is often light grey or cream-colored, although it is occasionally black.
Arctic: Perhaps the most severe of all wolves, Arctic wolves take everything too seriously, and are constantly alert due to life in a hostile environment, and do not take kindly to strangers. Arctic wolves have long, thick coats year-round. Arctic wolf fur is only ever creamy white, pure white, or blue-ish white.
Coastal: Definitely the strangest type of all, Coastal wolves often have unusual, eccentric, bashful, or hyper-active personalities, but are in fact wiser than most other wolves. They have short-ish semi-waterproof fur that is most often brown or grey, but can be just about any other color.
